Family weekend getaway

We wanted nice quiet place, and we found that in Algoma. Town is nice, the property is walking distance to the beach, local stores , family restaurant …. We enjoyed the stay at the property it was plenty of space and rooms for family of 5 adults. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.

The house had great spaces inside and out for our family. The place was clean and we had everything that we needed. The doors were a bit tough for my older parents to open/close/lock but we made it work. Great location.

Great Away Stay!

We rented this property for the NFL Draft, driving back and forth to Green Bay. Easy trips. Enjoyed the beach just a block and a half away. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice house and location in Algoma. It's within walking distance to the beach, restaurant and the marina. The house has been updated and has some great features. The upstairs bedroom could use a ceiling fan and a trash can. We loved the large kitchen and living room. Neighborhood was quiet.

Like Grandma's House, But Even Better

This was a literal walk down memory lane for me. My Grandma lived on this street, so I have fond memories of a quiet street near a beautiful beach. Even better than Grandma's house; beautifully renovated rooms, a well set up kitchen, new appliances, beds are comfortable, and many thoughtful touches like night lights and outdoor play equipment.

Cute, Cozy, Spacious Home

We loved the house and we loved Algoma. I am sure it is bustling during summer season, but in January it was a quiet and sleepy town. The house is a 10 minute walk from downtown Algoma and a 5 minute walk from the lake. The house was spotless. The one bed we slept in was comfortable. I loved the breeze way for taking on and off wet/muddy shoes. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Amazing get away

Everything was perfect. Easy entry upon arrival. The house had everything you could think of. Beds were very comfortable, lots of extra linens and blankets. Backyard patio was beautiful and cozy to sit out on for breakfast, lunch or to just play games. It was a short walk to the beach and they even supplied chairs to take to sit on. The kitchen is updated and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and we will look to stay here again in the future.

Nice home,but

Nice clean home but central air did not reach upper Master bedroom. It was hot and uncomfortable. They did not leave enough paper products and essentials for our stay.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- During your stay, Algoma experienced unusually high temperatures which could have impacted the comfort level in the upper Master bedroom. The upstairs bedroom has windows that can be opened to help with airflow, and a fan with a remote control is provided for additional cooling.- For paper products and essentials, we typically supply enough for our guests' stays. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!
