This brand new 2 level, custom built home will meet and exceed your expectations for a mountain vacation. By providing all the special touches and details one would expect in a luxury rental, we make it easy for our guests to enjoy their vacation.

This 1 acre home is set up perfectly for a family or couples to vacation together. This is the only 3 bedroom rental property in a community of much larger 4-7 bedroom homes. Enter into the open great room and kitchen with soaring ceilings and large windows flooding in light to make this home feel bright and airy. There is one king primary bedroom suite on the main floor. The main floor suite has double granite sinks, a walk in shower and separate tub and a water closet. There is also a half bath and a laundry closet on the main level. The upper level has 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 2 sinks. The home can accommodate 6 comfortably in beds. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, propane grill and large deck spaces to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature and mountain views. There is a pickelball court onsite. Pictures coming soon.

You'll feel a thousand miles away in your mountainside dream vacation home, yet you'll be 15-30 minutes from the culture and conveniences of Asheville and Black Mountain. There are numerous hiking trails, streams and rivers, and waterfalls nearby. Wildlife is abundant in the Preserve. The most common animals that you may encounter are deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, fox, and black bears. Wake up to a symphony of birds, turkeys and woodpeckers. The views and sunrises over the mountain valley, the peace and serenity of this property and the community will amaze you! Amazing Stay

We rented this brand new and let me emphasize brand new cabin in the mountains for the post Christmas, New Years week. The check in was seamless and the property manager was beyond attentive to any questions that we had. The cabin is brand new and in a quiet community roughly 30 mins from Asheville which was far away enough for the quiet but close enough for dinner in the city. The location of this cabin was also great for our frequent hikes and other activities that we scheduled. The Cabin was super clean and well appointed with everything you might need for a rental stay. A grill,instapot/slowcooker, bar accessories, a selection of pans, and more coffee tea equipment than you will ever need was provided to you including glass/stemware. All I can say about this place is AMAZING!! We will be back !!!

Perfect mountain getaway

My husband and I came to Black Mountain with our 2 kids (2.5 yr and 3 mo) and my in-laws. The house was spotless and it was a great set up for our group. My toddler loved playing outside with the rocks on the driveway. The hikes around the property were gorgeous. The management company was quick to respond and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Incredibly Inviting New Home

The owner of this home has truly thought of everything and it was all so clean and fresh with the best welcome basket. From all the beautifully decorated spaces to the kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook during your stay. We loved relaxing on the back deck, enjoying the wind in the trees and we loved how private this house was. And yet it’s close to Black Mountain! We spent a good amount of time eating and exploring all that Black Mountain has to offer. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for all the attention to detail and sweet touches! Our stay was amazing!
