Pleasant experience
Everything was excellent and well priced.. only complaint is toilets very sensitive and needs minor updates like carpeting should be replaced with vinyl flooring cause no vacuum provided to help keep area clean.. back deck had a few loose nails but nothing severe..was older stains on couches but not complaining just didn’t want to get charged for them cause was already there when we arrived.. pool was excellent and loved the grill area and firepit everything perfect

Desperate need of updatesand repairs.
*Long review... The location was good and the rooms were very spacious, however, the whole resort needed maintenance and upgrades. Some of the issue were in areas of extreme safety. When we first arrived, our door locked was jammed. I had to call management. They could not help, but finally, my husband was able to jiggle the lock until we fould out the "trick" to enter. This took about 10 minutes. We had to do this each time we unlocked or locked the door. When we entered, a piece of trim from the door facing (which held the chain lock) fell and hit my husband in the head...no injuries. We were not able to use the chain lock. The dryer did not dry. We had to the leave the lent trap open for steam to leave the dryer. My husband said the dyer ventilation was clogged. The pool area very was dark and the steps and walk way to the pool needed more lighting. The hot tub was not working. The stairs were very, very creaky in our room! They woke everyone up at night. The issue that haunted us the most was the deck. It is is severely unsafe and not to code! My husband is a commercial construction superintendent and did not want us on it for the duration of our stay. Some of the boards were so soft that one could step through them with enough weight or force. A portion of the railing was separating from the outside wall of the condo. This was definitely our biggest concern as we have children. They night before leaving, our neighbors told us they had no a/c.

Clean and comfortable
Great location, minutes from Dollywood. The townhouse itself was clean and comfortable, beds linens were nice. The community pool really needs updating and cleaning. The hot tub was not working while we were there.
