Unwind in this cosy, character-filled, townhouse. A 4 minute saunter into Woonona village, allows you access to a variety of restaurants, cafes and supermarket.
Turn to the east and an 18 minute stroll (or a 2 minute drive) will see you on the shores of Woonona beach. The house is spacious, yet cosy. All three bedrooms are upstairs, along with 2 bathrooms.
Relax in a newly renovated backyard, spend your mornings on the back porch for that early warm sun, and your evenings by the firepit.
Safe, family friendly neighborhood. An easy 5 minute walk to the village main street, where you can find all that you need. Several beaches to choose from nearby, it is either a 3 minute drive or an 18 minute walk.
There are only 3 other townhouses in the complex and all families are friendly, welcoming, easy going and will be well informed when guests will be present.
