Welcome to the Harbour House by KEES Vacations!

This pet-friendly, soundfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath home is located in the Colington Harbour community. You'll feel safe and secure as you drive into the neighborhood with the guarded gate. Enjoy the community amenities that Colington Harbour has to offer - a boat ramp, a beach, a sound side park, and basketball courts. Step away from the hustle and bustle of Croatan Highway yet be just a few miles from the ocean, restaurants, shops and attractions, to include the Wright Brothers Memorial!

This house has its own boat dock with access to the sound. Spend your day sitting in the sun, floating in the water, fishing, or rent a kayak and venture through the Harbour! You will love being able to sit out on your covered decks - either in the front of the house or the back - and stare out at the water. You are sure to catch an Outer Banks sunset!

On the second level is where you will spend most of your time. Here you will find the Living Room with a Queen sleeper sofa, Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry Area, a Queen Bedroom, and Full Hall Bathroom. You can access the covered deck with outdoor seating from this level.

There are two bedrooms on the third level - a Double Bedroom and a Queen Bedroom. They have a Jack and Jill Bathroom in between.

Harbour House is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $155, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests.

**Colington Harbour is a private gated subdivision and will require you to get a guest pass at the gate before entry. Tell the gate guard the address of the home and how long your trip is for the appropriate pass.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Harbour House

Overall the stay was very good, the views from the house were amazing, the house was clean and all necessary items were provided. The only issue was that the air conditioning for the house didn’t circulate as well in the upstairs rooms which were a bit warmer than the downstairs but otherwise well worth the stay at this location

House is old and very outdated. The refrigerator has serious issues. It's not very friendly for anyone trying to fish due to the empty boat lifts and the tiniest dock on the planet. Just ok is generous to say.

Great location

This was in a great location. Know that it could use a few updates like ceiling fans and update of mattresses. It does not have a dishwasher and it does not have outside lighting. When you come home at night it was very dark. It is right on a bay and is very quiet and peaceful. It could use a face lift with new rugs and furniture.

The unit is not advertised as having a dishwasher, and the boat lift referenced is not part of the rental—it is the neighboring property’s private lift and not available for guest use. Great location with beautiful views

The location was absolutely perfect and the views were amazing. I loved being able to watch the sun rise and set over the water. We enjoyed being able to fish from the dock and kayak around the island. The downstairs queen bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but thankfully the upstairs one was and we noticed the carpets were a bit stained. The lights by the back stairs were super helpful at night, especially when taking our dogs out to potty. Last vacation, my partner spent a lot of time watching tv. This vacation, he turned on the tv once. There was just so much more to keep him entertained outside here. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place (actually I already have) and I would stay here again
