The light-filled and open-plan kitchen, 2x living areas and the dining room are all located upstairs. This tranquil open-plan space is the home hub and is well-equipped with all your needs.
These two levels make the home perfect for two families wanting to holiday together.
Summer by the Sea also has three other bedrooms upstairs. Two have queen-sized beds, and the other room has bunks, making it perfect for the kids. Please note that one of the upstairs bedrooms will be locked and not accessible to guests.
Relax and unwind with a glass of wine in the main living room by the indoor wood fireplace.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed,, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom,, including a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than seven days, ask management for additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ and fireplace after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
