Casino precinct just located 300m away from the premises, close to public transport, grocery store just few minutes walk, short walk to cafes and restaurants, close to Eureka Skydeck. In addition, it is also only minutes away from Melbourne CBD.

Good Location

Apartment is a good size and located in a quiet corner of the building. Location to Southbank and Melbourne CBD is great. Also an easy walk to the MCG and Tennis. There was a slight odour that was being masked with some plug in air freshener. This was confirmed with a message asking us to ensure we left the windows open when leaving. Would’ve been nice to have a few spare towels and a folder with some basic info about the apartment. Location of rubbish room, level of pool etc. Concierge wouldn’t look after our luggage for a few hours on the day we left so we had to drag it to Flinders Street station, the closest lockers, which was disappointing.
