Loved this place! So clean and comfortable! The mattresses were great. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and we had a great week. Loved having a two car garage and the manager was great to work with!

Stay was great. Easy to access with a simple check in. Spacious and comfortable. We came into town pretty late, so everyone was very grateful for the k-cups for morning coffee. Grocery store across the street and restaurants one street over the other way, make the location really very convenient.
We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The garage allowed space for two vehicles. The location was great because it was just a short drive to the BYU campus. A grocery store is across the street, and the Provo recreation center was just two blocks away. The burger joint was next door, and we found the food to be quite good. There were plenty of other eating establishments nearby.Kitchen towels were missing, but Dan took care of that right away. This place met our needs, and we have no complaints.
The bones of the house were great. Communication about the booking was normal. We like the location and set up. We’ve stayed in a neighboring unit before and enjoyed it. This unit however was not maintained or furnished as well. The beds are uncomfortable and there were a few cleaning concerns. Not sleeping well affected our trip. Every single member of the party commented on the beds so I knew it wasn’t just a personal preference. They are poor mattresses. Most of the house was cleaned fine. We had two members of our group comment that their bedding didn’t seem super clean. Chairs in the dining room are heavily stained. One chair was broken. Rugs seemed like they could use a deep clean. One other bit of feedback that is an easy one to correct is the thermostats. They are programmed to return to a preset temperature every few hours. When we got there the house was cold. We turned the heat up to 70 and went to bed but woke up in the middle of the night to a cold house again. When we looked at the thermostat, it had returned to its preprogrammed temperature. We repeated this several times until we figured out how to go in and change the settings. The downstairs bedroom is super cold. We appreciated the space heater in that room as it doesn’t seem to heat well through the central heat. Overall, the setup is good but it needs some attention to make it a comfortable place to stay. These issues affected the comfort of our trip enough that I wouldn’t choose to stay again.
The property management company evolve, communicates through email which is not ideal. It would be best if they communicated though the app.
The house is nice. The bedroom with the most beds is on the bottom floor and the other bedrooms are on the third floor so my kids would not sleep on the bottom floor as it was too far from our room. Good location.

Provo Town Home
The bathrooms were not clean. There was hair in showers and on bathroom floors. Lacking amenities that we have found in other VRBO's such as Kleenex. Garage could only fit a compact car. They seal coated driveway into home all day Friday into Saturday morning. Limit time to access home during Friday and checking out Saturday morning.

Thanks for sharing that information. We have spoken to our cleaning team to improve the cleaning of the bathroom. We have also added additional supplies to the unit for our guests' needs. Unfortunately, during your stay, the community was doing routine maintenance on the community roadways. We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused.
The location of this property is amazing, but it is a filthy dump! It was evident it hadn’t ever been cleaned and there was hair (human and animal) everywhere. The sheets and bedding hadn’t been washed, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned, and the dishes were left dirty in the dishwasher and cabinets. I’m allergic to animals and paid for a pet free property of which I did not get. Evolve is a dishonest management company. Save your money and stay at a property that is what it states.

Hi Elizabeth, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's stay. When you reached out to make us aware of your concerns, we offered many solutions to remedy the issues. We list our property as a "No Pets" allowed property, and after an inspection of the home, we could not find any evidence of a pets staying at the property. In addition, the carpets have recently been professionally cleaned. We hope that the measures taken by both ourselves and Evolve made up for any inconvenience you may have encountered.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
This rental met our needs and is located in a convenient location. A few things we noted:
- The kitchen is not stocked well. It’s pretty bare bones.
- The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the listing photos.
- The linens could use a refresh. Many of the towels and pillows are stained.
- The place could use a deep clean. The upstairs smells musty, the baseboards and corners aren’t clean, there’s stuff dripped down the front of the cabinets, the refrigerator and freezer were quite dirty, and the dishwasher was full of standing water and dirty dishes that smelled terribly.
- We were given 4 towels total until we asked for more and there are no extra blankets.
- It’s hard to regulate the temperature on the three floors. The downstairs is quite cold while the main level is hot.
- The mattresses and bedding are basic and not great.
Overall, we were fine for our two night stay but not overly comfortable and I’d opt to stay somewhere else on a return visit.
