The space:
Designed for groups who want room to gather as well as space to unwind, Casa Plata includes a main house and separate guest house. The single-level estate has five private bedrooms with two queen beds and six single beds; the single beds can be converted to king-size beds upon request.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and a Smart TV. Open-plan living areas connect with the tropical outdoor space, where you can lounge beside the private pool, share meals outdoors, or enjoy a cookout at the BBQ wet bar.

The entire estate is exclusively yours: all five bedrooms, the private pool, billiards table, and indoor and outdoor common areas are private to your group, with no shared spaces. Self check-in is available via lockbox.

The property is fully gated, with an electronic security fence and remote-controlled access. Free parking is available on the premises, and free street parking is also available.

Interaction with guests:
Pre-vetted guest services and add-ons can be arranged to help tailor your stay, including private chefs, adventure tours such as ATV jungle excursions and sport fishing, and entertainment including DJs or live bands.

Cleaning IS NOT necessary since you are already paying a Cleaning Fee with your Stay.
Turn off all AC Units, TVs and Lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To maintain safety and fun: no glass near the pool. $300 fee for broken glass (draining/ cleaning/ filling). Keep all drinks off the pool table.
Late Check-outs: $50 per additional hour. No Super Loud Music between 11pm to 7am
Please keep the house towels indoors. They are not intended for use outside or at the beach.

50th Bday Guys trip

Keyna our host was great! Anything we needed she was quick to respond. She helped us secure reservations and recommendations on restaurant and live music options. She also has ability to plan excursions or plan parties. We should have taken more advantage of her connections. Will definitely leverage Keyna on future trip!

Perfect for a family getaway!

The house was fairly newly renovated and had all the amenities you could want... dipping pool, pool table, well stocked kitchen. It was also located for a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and restaurants, and all the night life Jaco has to offer. My only 'complaint' was that there were only two bathrooms for a five bedroom house so mornings were a little chaotic. The host, George, and his crew were fantastic. In the middle of high season, he was able to find us a last minute boat tour and was able to get our large group shuttled around when our car wouldn't do. He absolutely went out of his way to make our stay the best week possible.
