Newly Renovated Channel Home located on 59th Ave. North in Cherry Grove! Situated on one of the most desirable avenues in Cherry Grove, this raised beach home offers you waterfront living, exceptional views, all while being less than two blocks to the Atlantic Ocean. It has an open concept with vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, each with a small balcony off the front of the home, and 3.5 bathrooms! There are two bedrooms on each level. The main level has a shared bathroom in between the two bedrooms. Upstairs, each bedroom has a private bathroom! There is also a loft area and 1/2 bath located on the upper level, too.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and/or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Annual family vacation at the beach.

It was a beautiful well maintained and furnished property with so many amenities. The outdoor spaces provided ample opportunities to enjoy the water views, socialize or to share a meal with the family. Would definitely recommend and stay at the property again.

Lots of room for everyone. The outdoor areas were our favorite and the outdoor shower was awesome. We would definitely recommend this house and the location was perfect. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill. Would suggest getting one for the house.

Great stay at Wait and Sea!

We loved that we were just a few minutes walking from the beach! The house is clean and beautiful with high ceilings and large bay windows. There are two outdoor decks overlooking the channel with plenty of seating for our large family. The kitchen is well equipped with an open kitchen design and a large granite countertop. The outdoor shower was very helpful rinsing the sand off us when we came back from the beach! The bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with a balcony and large smart TV. We did not use it but there is a private boat launch on the property. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed our trip!
