Great place

Pretty much liked everything about this place. The complex itself is nice, the place seems to have been recently updated with a great big flat screen T.V. Great wifi. I will be staying here again

So far, it was ok experience. Directions sent us to the apartment complex that was next door. Apartment complex is ok and has no numbers on buildings to find room, so it took a bit to find. Very dark around the complex and has poor lighting. Very small place, but it was clean and organized.

The apartment has cute finishes, we loved the gym and the pool! It's an older apartment complex but they did a great job updating.

Nice & Quiet

Great little apartment in a very convenient part of Austin. Apartment had everything needed to enjoy a home away from home. Apartment complex was quiet & well kept (wish it was warm enough to enjoy the pool). Great North Austin location with quick access to food, beverage and downtown. Would definately stay there again.

Excellent!

This adorable condo is so well-appointed and exceeded expectations! Perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter who lives in Hyde Park; easy Uber downtown. Well-stocked kitchen, all linens, paper goods, and some toiletries included. Nice gym, very secure - too cold for the pool but it looked great. Super responsive owner - will be our go-to spot in Austin!

Good place

Neighbor from downstairs hit the ceiling I believe because we did a lot of walking inside the apartment but I did let you know I had a four year old so I’m sorry if the neighbors caught a little bit grumpy

Check-in was easy and the apartment was clean. The management company was easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately, we had a few things happen during our stay which downgraded our comfort and enjoyment of our stay - call it a series of unfortunate events. There were only two top sheets on the king bed it took over 24 hours to get a comforter with repeated reminders. The shower was luke warm after our first night and when it was “fixed” by the building after a few nights, it took 10-15 minutes of the water being on to get to a comfortable temperature which is an incredible waste of water. The internet went out one day while my husband was trying to work. The refrigerator makes so much noise on and off throughout the day, it moves forward and we had to push it back in in order to use the dishwasher - we did not complain about this as it was the least of our worries compared to the cold/luke warm water. A series of unfortunate events indeed.
