Great spot!

We enjoyed the stay, it's in a very nice and safe neighborhood in the Highlands, it was very convenient for our stay. Will look at staying here again in the future.

Great neighborhood

This house was perfect for four friends visiting Denver primarily for a hiking weekend. It was a central location close to downtown sites as well visiting friends in Westminster.

Excellent location and layout of home

There truly is plenty of space, especially for a group of non-family. XL finished basement, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, beautiful back yard and walking distance to coffee, distillery and excellent italian restaurant. Easy to reach when furnace and internet problems occured.

Nice home and quaint neighborhood

The home has been remodeled very well. Loved the sleeping areas, each in their own area of the house. Each had their own bathroom. Property manager quick to respond. Garage was nice to have since street parking is limited. Cute backyard. Kitchen well stocked. The location was great. Very close to the city and neighborhood is quaint and up and coming. I’d stay here again.

Lovely property for a group of 7 to meet up - nice hangout spaces both inside and outside in the cute backyard. Also plenty of space for us to spread out. Stocked with all the essentials and loved the coffee place literally next door! Easy to communicate with the host too.
