THE SANDBOX is your #1 destination for beach living with family and friends! Tastefully decorated in a cute Coastal style with comfortable beds and furniture. Marvel at the sunrise and dolphins playing in the surf from one of the two beachfront decks. Spend your afternoon on the beach right outside the back door or walk and bike on the St. George Island bike path located one block away. End the day where you began, watching the sunset and magnificent starry night sky. Located in the heart of the island, this house is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lighthouse. Come make memories for a lifetime!
BEDS: 2 kings,1 Queen, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 1 Double futon.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs and DVD players, Granite counter tops, tile back splash and stainless appliances in the well equipped kitchen! Soaking tub and granite counter in master bath. Kitchen and living room with a queen size sleeper sofa on second floor. Boardwalk to the beach, covered deck off second floor living room, outdoor shower, park-style grill. Washer and Dryer.
DOG FRIENDLY (2 Dogs Only, under 50 lbs. each. A Non-refundable $75 pet fee per dog.)
