Alabama Sands — low-density 14-unit complex just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for a small family vacation. Adorable and affordable!

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home, including a Keurig coffee maker. Dining table seats four, plus two bar stools for additional seating

• Primary bedroom with attached full bath, featuring a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has two queen-size beds

• Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit

• Beautiful, high-quality LVP floors throughout

Property Features:

• 2nd-floor condo; one set of stairs to enter (no elevator)

• 10-foot-wide multi-use pedestrian path on the north side of the street, perfect for walking or biking to the beach

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

Gorgeous place and very clean. In a great area out of the hustle and bustle but quick walk or drive to local attractions and restaurants. Very quick walk to the beach that was very nice and clean. We absolutely loved our stay even though it rained most days and had double red flags. We were able to kick back and relax when we wanted to and check out other things to do as well. You won’t regret your stay.

Perfect for beach volleyball tournament

Property is as advertised - it looks to be well maintained and clean. We were only there for 2 nights and it was perfect for our purposes. We will look at it again for next year’s stay for sure

An absolutely a beautiful place to stay. The condo was very comfortable and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the wagon, chair’s & umbrella’s which are provided. Looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic stay!

My friends and I came for the 2025 Sand in my Boots festival! Check-in was super easy and the property was just as we hoped. The walk to the festival was super convenient compared to so many other rental options. Property manager even called on the second day to check in which was very thoughtful! We had a great time and made incredible memories here. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location, clean and well decorated condo! Quiet and nice pool. Our girls had a great time with all the sand toys, umbrella, and chairs for the beach! It made the beach so enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Let’s talk about the walk to beach…5 minute easy walk! Would 100% stay here again.

We took a trip to Gulf Shores to go to the beach, and had a great stay. The condo was located just a short walk from the beach and was very well maintained. The condo was clean and well stocked and check in and out was simple. I would recommend staying here.

Nice Place and Location

The room we stayed in was clean. The location was very close to the beach and was an easy walk to the beach. There were chairs, a big wheeled wagon, and beach toys to use including an umbrella. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The location of the building was ideal for us. We could easily drive to restaurants, shopping, or activities as needed.

Fall Break Getaway

This condo was just as described in the listing. The area was cute and quaint. We loved the bay view and those houses were gorgeous. The condo was quiet at night and clean! The beach decor was wonderful. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and washed and dryer were a plus! We had friends staying on the beach, so it was just a short drive to their place every day. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Everything was clean and great size for my family of 6. The only critic would be the door there was no way to lock it form the inside so my one year old kept opening the door and getting out. Otherwise everything was great.

Perfect Place to Stay in Gulf Shores!!

This condo was very clean and super cute! Loved the keyless entry! It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and stress free! It was an easy 4 minute walk to the Beach as well as The Beach House Restaurant and Waves Liquor/Grocery Store. The blacktopped walking path was right across the street and made walking so enjoyable. We used it to walk to The Hangout, The Pink Pony and Bahama Bobs as well as Gulf Place. They even provided a beach cart and sun umbrellas! We really enjoyed the pool and barbecue area! We highly recommend this condo and will definitely book again.
