Never Again
The good part. The view. Apart from the view this property is very dirty and riddled in millipedes and centipedes and numerous mice. On arrival we come up a dirt track and then have to drive across a paddock to the place. Don't take a nice car or anything low as you will not get into the property. There is below average cooking utensils and lacks in the basics such as salt and pepper etc. No dishwashing liquid for the dishes and no potato peeler or potato masher no can opener simply a disorganised set up and even the draws still had old food in it. No clothesline or clothes airer. The property is not how it is described at all. We were horrified when we got there as the fence was all wired up and was like a construction zone with broken bricks and mud everywhere. Unwind wouldn't answer the phone or mobile and the host Libby couldn't do anything for us as she was looking after it for the real estate agent. The place smelt really bad and the cleanliness was beyond a joke. Still had urine on the toilet pubic. hair on the bowl. The smell was really bad and don't recommend this property to anyone. They are completely not ready to let it out as the described premises. Communication from the real estate is a joke and do yourself a favour and book elsewhere to avoid all the disappointment. We feel we were totally neglected and ripped off with only Libby to get hold of and she couldn't do much. She did offer to send a cleaner the next day but as we were having a family get together didn't want to deal with the extra drama. PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE ..Windows extremely dirty ripped screens and just a massive let down all around.
