Strip used sheets and pillowcases from beds and put in the laundry basket located in each closet. Place all used towels and wash cloths in the laundry basket in each closet.
Load and start the dishwasher – detergent located in the cabinet under the sink.
Return all pool floats to the storage bin on the patio. Return gate key fobs to hallway table. Turn the thermostat up to 85 degrees. Please make sure all doors and windows are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Theresa's home is brand new, well stocked, and just a short drive to the beach. Taylor the property manager was a great help getting us situated and familiar with the property. The view is spectacular and the pool is beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful time with the family for the week here the house could not have been better, beautiful location, views, amenities with all the comforts from home and a beautiful pool. Theresa and Taylor could not have been nicer. Any questions we had or request for recommendations were immediately responded to by Theresa. would highly recommend to any family looking to enjoy a relaxing week with beautiful beaches only five minutes away.
