very nice although, one of the more expensive places in mammoth. on the negative side, rooms are too crowded with excessive & unnecessary furniture so ends up feeling smaller than it is, fans are set at high speed and don't change. i asked the prop manager how to change it, if there was a remote etc. they never got back to me thus the 1 star rating on communication.

Sunshine Village

This was a great property with very comfortable beds. Having bunk beds in one room was so nice that it allowed us to fit all four children. It was very easy to access despite heavy snow with plowed driveways and sidewalks shoveled. The spa is huge and a nice perk after a long day of skiing. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing Experience & Wonderdul Condo!

Had a great and wonderful stay in Mammoth, the condo was amazingly decorated and furnished with well equipped all the amenities. I would definitely come back again for future trip. The condo was well walking distance to Vons and all different restaurant nearby. The Mammoth Village is about 30 min walk but well worth it.

We had an excellent stay- it was close to the shuttle to the lodges, it was clean, and the perfect space for our semi-large group. The shower was freezing cold at first, but someone came to fix it within an hour of my call! We had a great, memorable experience and I'd recommend staying here!

New years getaway

Cannot complain about the property or location. Only thing we were truly disappointed about was that we were there during a blizzard. Although we were not able to go up on the lifts, we experienced a very white holiday. Property was very easy to find and close to everything.

We have stayed at Sunshine Village at least 10 times in past years. It has been sixteen yrs since we last stayed there. This is the 1st time we had people above us so noisy everyday. There was no closet space in this unit. Fan in master was only set at high speed. No instructions how to lower it. Sheets on master bed did not fit properly & had bleach spots on them. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were not available. We do like the location of the condos.

Great rental and accommodated our group well!

Property very clean and updated. Accommodated our group of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids. Would certainly recommend if adults don’t mind bunking up together and sharing space. Beds were comfortable and condo very warm and cozy. Kitchen was adequate-just don’t forget to bring food storage, as when we had dinner leftovers not many containers to store leftovers, I had brought some ziplock containers from previous times renting (other condos) as back ups. Overall a great stay! We got about a foot of snow on the first day and the condo maintenance team did a great job keeping the parking lot clear for driving.

Great location in town near hot spots

The unit is well kept and the management had great communication. The only downside was that due to the massive snow banks from the plows, all of the windows were boarded up and there was no natural light from any room. That was not their fault, however, so I don't want to ding them for it. I loved that the Christmas decorations were still up in February. :) I don't want the season to end either.

Great family get away

Really enjoyed the thoughtful touches of this rental. Updated and very clean. I especially appreciated the new sponges left in the kitchen. Our stay was short. It would have been more challenging for a longer stay as there really isn't anywhere to store your food. The kitchen was very well equipped but that leaves little space for your food. Also, these units and Horizons 4 are always very dark. Not much you can do about that one though. Overall, really liked this rental. It felt like home. Would love to stay here again.

Nice place but a camera inside that is not disclosed!

The condo is great. A lot of P Touch instruction everywhere! I did not like the camera on the TV stand. It should be disclosed in the check in instructions! I’m not sure it’s even legal. I don’t think it’s appropriate to hide it by the bottom of the TV. We didn’t get to the TV for a while so they watched us without our consent and it wasn’t disclosed. The management company is great. They were very helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo is very nice, modern, well equipped. The property manager did a really great job in providing instructions and descriptions everywhere, which made the move in very convenient. The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, in general we felt comfortable inside. The bedrooms were facing a quiet area so there was no outside noise at night.Minor issues:* Some dishes were not washed well, we had to start the dishwasher immediately after arrival.* Some of the pots look old* The microwave had a hole inside, so the air suction for stove was blowing the air back to the kitchen.* The water from the faucet at the main bedroom had mostly cold water. The water had to run over a minute to warm up to lukewarm.* The ceiling is very thin: there was a family with three young kids above us and we heard their every step. It was quite loud until they went to bed.
