Situated on an acre of land off of the desirable Pemaquid Point Loop Road, you are a short walk from Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and Seagull Shop or a short drive to the center of New Harbor. Wake up with an unforgettable sunrise over the open ocean or enjoy the covered porch or open patio throughout the day and evening with views out to Monhegan Island and the sound of the surf in the background.
Nearly all of this property has been totally renovated in the last couple of years with brand new bathrooms, upgraded kitchen facilities, large bedrooms and living areas offering an open, light and airy feeling throughout. The upstairs offers a great room with two seating areas, a table for work, family game time, or a little nook for escaping, all with open views of the Atlantic. This rental allows all of the comforts of home with a cottage feeling of shiplap, stone fireplace and lots of charm.
1 week required June - October. 3 night minimum during the rest of the season.

Wonderful Location!!!
This well-equipped and comfortably-furnished home would be a winner wherever it was, but situated in this quiet neighborhood with unsurpassed views, marvelous walking routes, and proximity to the lighthouse and the excellent Seagull Shop, it just can’t be beat. The porch, patio, and large windows with ocean views provide a constant source of joy. The decor is lovely, and the entire house is spotless. Our family has been fortunate to enjoy 2 summer stays here, and we hope to return!
