" If you are looking for a beautifully furnished beach house, you have arrived! No expense has been spared, and no detail has been overlooked in this two bedroom two bath condo. Enjoy the beach house ambiance with a separate outdoor kitchen overlooking a spectacular lake view on the 300 square foot lanai. Furnishings are brand new. Custom plantation shutters, new hardwood floors, new stainless appliances and furniture. This corner unit with lots of light also comes with its own garage. A half-ton truck can fit!! This condo has been stocked with every possible amenity a vacationer would need, and then some! THIS UNIT IS PET FREE. 30 Day minimum rentals only.

My husband Marc and I love to travel to destinations across the U.S. in our 5th wheel when time allows. We have become empty nesters recently and are looking forward to more time for travel. We fell in love with this condo and purchased it 4 years ago. We enjoy every minute when we have the opportunity to use it. Great care was taken to make sure it has everything a holiday home should have.

Falling Waters is a very friendly and safe community in Naples. It is a well established community. The community is well known for its infamous lazy river. It’s a great meeting place to make new friends or to just relax and float your cares away. It has a great reputation. Many international travellers love to vacation here even in the summer months.
What makes this property unique
Just 15 minutes to Tiger Tail Beach in Marco Island and 15 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. The best of both worlds!
