This 2-bedroom 2.5 bath townhome overlooks the beautifully manicure courtyard in the community of Cape Sound. The pillared covered porch and balcony invites you spend time relaxing in the breeze and chatting with the neighbors making new and fond memories of your stay here on the Island.

Once inside you would be greeted with the warmth of the natural light radiating from the large windows, highlighting a decor that offers you comfort and solace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The main living space has a queen size sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. If you must work while in paradise, there is an office area opposite of the living room. The dining space is just beyond, as well as, a fully equipped kitchen, with both a Keurig and drip coffee pots; sure to please all in your group. There is a half bath on the ground level. Upstairs you would find the secondary living space with a flat screen TV inside the wall mounted cabinet. The master bedroom with access to the balcony overlooks the courtyard. It has a queen size bed, its own sitting area, ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and large closet. A hall bath and the laundry area finish out the upstairs. This rental has Wi-Fi and streaming capabilities with Roku. No cable service. Guests renting this property has access to the community's Club House, Pool, and Exercise Room. There is an attached 2-car garage located at the rear of the home.
