The Space:
Bella's Haven by Tiny Away is located in Inman Valley on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. The farm stay sits on a 15-acre block near the Inman Valley River. Alongside our holiday homes are the farm animals such as sheep, a cow, an emu, and alpacas.
See more of this South Adelaide town when you explore the Urimbirra Wildlife Park and see the kangaroos, koalas, or an emu. Walk along the white sands of Carrickalinga Beach or trails of Myponga Reservoir Reserve. If you love adventures you can stroll through woodland treks and challenging climbs to see the stunning at Ingalalla Falls.
A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Boston's Retreat," available with 24 hours' notice in advance which is approximately 30 meters away from the Boston's Retreat.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence.
ADVISORY:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.
- Guests are not allowed to feed grazing animals without prior host approval.
Preorders are available with 24 hrs prior notice:
- Initial load of firewood is provided for free. Extra firewood is $25 per load.

Don’t miss the summer in Fleurieu Peninsula while staying at our holiday homes and see beaches, scenic drives and cafes. Take beach photos on crystal blue waters, rockpools and white sands of Carrickalinga Beach. Have delicious light brunches, coffee or desserts at Belicious Cafe.
Check out Fleurieu Coast Visitor Centre and know the best spots for bushwalking paths like Myponga Reservoir Reserve. Spend time with animals like kangaroos, koalas, an emu or even snakes at Urimbirra Wildlife Park. Take on challenging trails to see the stunning Ingalalla Falls or enjoy a long walk and picnic with your loved one at Myponga Reservoir Reserve.

By car:
- 1.5 hours from Adelaide 2WD and 4WD
By public transport: We recommend guest to travel by private vehicle or organise transport for pick up. For more enquiries, please contact your land host 24 hrs before arrival or visit our valley view website. Thank you.
Other Things to Note:
- WiFi is available
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed.
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas.
- Please expect pets and farm animals during your stay.
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra and weak signal for other networks.
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.
- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity.
- Please note that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Please use one appliance at a time, but feel free to keep the air conditioning and lights on simultaneously.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
