Breeze @ the Bay - absolute seafront apartment

Breeze @ the Bay is a comfortable apartment sleeping up to 4 adults. Situated right on the seafront at Encounter Bay it enjoys sweeping views of Wright Island, The Bluff and the beach.
Guests will enjoy the ability to stroll to nearby Whalers or Yilki Deli to enjoy coffee or a more invigorating walk down the boardwalk towards Hindmarsh River.
Keen fishermen launch their boats at the nearby ramp and Pelicans look for their share of the catch. The beach is quiet and safe, perfect for a family holiday.
The apartment is disposed of 2 bedrooms, the master with queen bed, ceiling fan, large wardrobe, sea views, the other with two single beds and a ceiling fan. The living area which overlooks the ocean is open plan with leather arm chairs, TV and DVD player. There is easy access to the deck and BBQ. The brand new kitchen which was installed in July 2018 is fully equipped for an easy self catering holiday. There is a dishwasher, large pantry and modern breakfast bar. The bathroom has also been renovated and is fully tiled with bath, adjustable shower rail with a separate toilet. Laundry is also brand new with washing machine.

Encounter Bay location

Breeze @ the Bay is situated on Franklin Parade, just a short walk from The Bluff. There are nearby restaurants and coffee shops to enhance the holiday experience.
The property is easily accessible with no steps. There is a car park directly behind the apartment, making transport of personal items easy.
Encounter Bay is a seaside town that enjoys the proximity of beaches, bushland, fishing, surf and riverways. For the sports minded there are many outdoor activities that can be undertaken such as sailing, canoeing, surfing, camel riding and mini golf. There is a nearby 18 hole golf course which is the oldest in the area and said to be the most scenic.
Between May & September Whales can be seen basking in the local waters.

Very nice view, worth to go

The property definitely worth to stay. Very good view in the balcony. Bedroom can have a ocean view. Only one little thing is the rubbish bin in the kitchen is full when we arrived, i think the cleaner forgot to empty it.

Perfect beachside getaway

We had the most amazing stay at victor harbor in this apartment. Waking up to beach views every morning & ending the night with a wine on the balcony a beach sunset was romantic, peaceful & perfect. The apartment was a great size, it was only the two of us but would easily fit a family. It's neat, tidy, a great position in encounter bay & we even watched canoes surrounded by dolphins one afternoon. Thanks for a great stay we'll be sure to be back.

Wasnt sure what to expect from property photos on listing but was very pleasantly surprised by the lovely modern unit & breathtaking view. Everything you could need here, we had a wonderful stay & would book again! Only feedback would be a mirror needed in the main bedroom, even just a stick on inside cupboard door. Also ceiling fans were very dusty, but a quick wipe & then could use. Overall loved it 😊🌞

Nice place. And the view is excellent, just by the sea.

Water is not warm enough and the heater doesn't warm the room enough. Pretty sure it is big enough to warm the room, but there most be something wrong. May be it was adjusted to a certain temperature. Regarding the water, we followed the instructions. Very straight forward, but it's not warm enough. I was shivering inside the bathroom just right after the shower. Overall, it's a nice place.

The apartment was exactly what we needed and so comfortable. Modern, clean and provided a good range of kitchen utensils etc. The balcony was a magic place to enjoy breakfast in the sun with a stunning view.

What a stay!! Fiona’s place had everything we needed as a young family including porta cot and high chair which made our trip so much easier. Plus the location was simply fantastic having the feeling we were locals in no time. Such a perfect experience for our first family getaway; we’d love to come back again in the future.

My parents purchased this property as their "go to" for weekends away from the bustle of the city. My son, daughter in law and grand children love spending time at Breeze. It is perfect for beachcombing, safe swimming and coastal walks.
My husband and I spend a large amount of our time managing our holiday rentals on Kangaroo Island. As you can see we have a love affair with the beach!! Our children have all enjoyed beach holidays and spending time with family at our properties. When we are not spending time at Breeze we love to share it with other people so they can enjoy the relaxing feeling of “beach time”.

Why they chose this property

Encounter Bay is a quiet and pretty seaside town. It is close enough to the town of Victor Harbor to make shopping, cooking and eating out simple, but away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment has sensational views out over the Bay and is perfect for a couple or small family holiday. It is easily accessed from the car park with no steps. We have recently refurbished the entire apartment so it is clean and new.

What makes this property unique

Breeze is on the top floor of a 3 story building, however you can access it directly from the car park, meaning no steps need to be negotiated and you still have stunning views.
Being right on the seafront there are sweeping views and a real "away from it all" feeling.
