About this property

This home hosted so many memories for our family! We can't wait to share it with you! This comfortable, family friendly stay is quiet and secluded, with tons of parking, a large yard for the whole group to enjoy! There is a large play structure and yard to entertain the kiddos. Comfy beds, large master suite! Comfortable, central heat and air, large dining room, and large eat-in kitchen to entertain and eat in. Close to local eateries and coffee! Close to Portland and the Columbia River Gorge!

This home sits on approximately 1.5 acres!
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
RV parking permitted. This property is set up to accommodate many vehicles.
While we do not live close by, we utilize a local Co-Host to make sure your questions and concerns are answered promptly!
We are off the beaten path, but within a couple miles of Downtown Camas, where we love to eat at Los Dos Compadres, Julianos Pizza, Roots and Beer at a Time.
You will have access to the entirety of the home, (besides the garage that use for storage) as well as ample parking for large recreation equipment or RV Parking. You will have access to the entirety of property that stops at the orchard in the far front section of the yard all the way back to the water line in the backyard!
Downstairs we have a large dining space to accommodate every guest. A large kitchen with tons of counter space and bar seating. We have a living room with a smart tv. There is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. There is a primary bedroom (Queen Bed) with its own private bathroom. There is also one bedroom with a twin-sized bed and a closet full of games! And a downstairs full bathroom.
Upstairs we have a half bath and two bedrooms with Double/Queen Sized beds. We have a pack-and-play crib and a reading nook for the quiet times! All bedrooms have larger walk in style closets. We also have an elliptical upstairs as well!
Outside we have a kids play area and outside seating. A large area to run and play and enjoy everything the pacific northwest has to offer!
No public transportation. Well suited for Lyft and Uber!

Great Location

Overall the house was adequate for our needs and very quiet. We wished it was summer so we could enjoy the back yard, too. Upon arrival we found it odd that there was not a home guide for operating items like the fireplace in the living room (which we eventually found out it was connected to the thermostat). The entire house could withstand a deeper cleaning as we found large pieces of debris under the coffee table, a bunch of debris under the sofa (including someone's dirty sock), an empty water bottle under a chair and a child's medicine syringe on the floor near the plug next to the bed in the master bedroom. Except for those things the house and location were great.

Family event in the area

We loved this home and its beautiful location! The photos represented the house very well—it was spacious yet had a cozy feel. We made good use of the great kitchen space, as well. We will definitely return when we are next in the area! Thank you for a great stay!

Family Fun

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property with us. This is definitely a great house for family gatherings. The back yard is just what we needed. The kids ran around the yard and enjoyed the play structure, they loved it! Comfortable inside and outside. The only complaint is check out is too early when you have littles. We will definitely be back.

Escape from the city!

The family home in Camas was very clean and I appreciate the packages for the kitchen and bathrooms -it was such a super sanitary touch! What we loved most about the home was the privacy -huge outdoor space which allowed everyone to feel relaxed and to absorb nature. Additionally, the kitchen was the heart of the home, central to all other living quarters. One thing I would suggest as others have, is to change the twin bed in the kids room and the bed in the right bedroom upstairs to allow a more restful stay. A grill of some type would also allow families to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space :)

Beautiful home

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Everything you could want for a nice vacation. Nice kitchen, lovely porch area, play set for kids, nice neighborhood, very clean.
