About this property

Lovely townhome: Ski to Lift, Walk to Town, Private Hot tub, Sleeps 8!

We are so excited to share our Townhome at River Run! Nestled on Wood River Drive next to the bike path, this is one of the most exceptional locations in Ketchum. In three minutes walking down a secluded path, you fly fish. Several more minutes and you're at the bridge across from River Run lodge... where you can ski, hike Bald Mountain Trail, listen to a band, or have a drink. As close to ski in ski out as you can get!

This townhome has three levels: the ground floor has a bunk room that sleeps four, a full bathroom, and garage; the first floor has living room, dining room, a well appointed kitchen; and the second floor has two king bedrooms and two master bathrooms. New living room furniture graces a sunlit living room, and you can relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or a microbrew. Beautiful, in-your-face mountain views make this location wonderful, and you can see the gondola from the west bedroom. If you have children, there are two bins of toys, children's books, a pack n play, and a tag along bike. Xbox 360 is available on a large flat screen television as well.

If you want to dine out, just walk 10 minutes or so on the bike path and you're at some of the best restaurants in Idaho. Bike, fish, run, ski, or just relax … this townhome has it all.  Three bikes (in addition to the tag along) are provided for your enjoyment, and the townhouse has a private hot tub to boot!

A word on parking… the City of Ketchum does NOT allow overnight parking on city streets between November 1 and May 1. The city does have designated overnight parking areas and sends text notifications to remind people to remove their cars from the streets when a storm is approaching or winter maintenance is planned to take place. This is my favorite place to stay in Ketchum. The location is great and the kitchen has everything needed to make great meals. The private hot tub is a total bonus. Walking to lifts is as close as you can get. As always thanks again

Lovely townhome in an excellent location, between the River Run area (which has a lift and a gondola) and the town of Kechum. The shuttle stop is immediately outside the unit and it’s a 4 minute ride to the lifts. The home was well appointed, beds were comfortable, and the wood burning fireplace and hot tub were excellent after a day of skiing. Communication with homeowner Emily was excellent - she is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay … thank you!

The host was very responsive and helpful with some minor issues that occurred during our stay. The condo is very nice and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook. The hot tub is enjoyable after skiing. It’s a short scenic walk to the river run base area. Almost as close as walking from the parking lot. It’s also close enough to walk in to town if you want or to a bus stop. We had a rental car, but one could manage here without it. Overall a lovely stay

Good condo with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect, very short walk to the lifts. The free bus stops right out front, but we really enjoyed the beautiful walk along the river. It is only a few blocks to downtown too.

I would recommend this property to first time or repeat visitors to Ketchum, ID. This place had it all, a well equipped kitchen, entertainment (TV, Cable), and a clean ready to use hot tub. It was easy walking distance to the lifts and very close to shopping and night life. Had a great time.

Our first ski trip to Sun Valley! We loved the proximity to Bald Mountain! A relaxing walk to the slopes. The condo provided plenty of space our family of 4 adults and two small children. The cozy fireplaces and large hot tub kept us warm especially coming from Southern CA! Lol We enjoyed the charming community and we’ll definitely rent again! Thank you kindly!

Very walkable to lifts and town, on the bike path, on the bus shuttle line. We never use our car here aside fro groceries. Super sweet access to the Big Wood River and common space to play frisbee or run around with kids. We love it!
