Location was excellent, so many great food and shopping options, just a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Host was responsive and kind and even replaced the mini fridge during my stay. Highly recommend!

Great property in a prime location. Perfect for a family of four. We appreciated that towels (including beach towels), bed linens and basic cooking dishes were included. We used the pool and although cold, was clean and tidy.

Small space with all the necessities and good location (6 or 7 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach). Nice pool on property as well, only issue was a door entry keypad that was malfunctioning and continued to beep our first night. Our contact person was great and the issue was resolved the next morning.

The rental was very clean and well cared for. I appreciate that they include sheets and towels, as it is less to pack. The location to the beach cannot be beat. It is only a 2 block walk Very nice unit.

The rental is at a great location. The furnishings were very nice and very well laid out. Extremely clean. Door lock needs to be replaced. We had a problem with initial entry but Evolve helped with the issue.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a few days. The only thing was that the pool closed on Labor Day. It was ok because it was a little chilly for the pool. But if it was 90 degrees I would have been really disappointed but overall a great place to stay! Clean room short walk to the beach and boardwalk and a lot of things to do around the block!! 100% recommend.

Exceptionally clean

Very nice stay, easy walk to Boardwalk, pool, but we didn't use went to the beach. Only one parking spot, but not a problem for us. Had 2 teenagers with me so the bunkbeds worked out well. The pictures on the website were accurate. I'm very fussy about cleanliness and this cute condo passed the test, we will be back again. Kudos to the owner for sharing your condo with us.

Birthday trip

The location of this condo was great! It was a short walk to the beach. It was very clean. Only negative comment I would have is the door lock was broken and didn’t lock fully. It was a little nerve racking knowing someone could easily push on the door hard enough and it would open. For three women and a baby that’s 2 staying there it made us a bit nervous. But overall the stay was really nice.

The pool was closed only open on weekends. Asked ?? right away after booking, no response. Asked for chance of early check-in twice, no response. Finally got answers while traveling on day of check-in. If pool is closed for season should be listed on website. I would’ve never picked this rental knowing there was not a functioning pool.Also no lifeguards so what’s the reason.Very disappointed.
