Perfect location for the beach, restaurants and the everglades

We enjoyed our stay at the subtropical oasis. There were enough supplies for our two night stay and the inside of the house was clean. We enjoyed some down time with the games and puzzles that were in the home. Perfect for 6 people!

Could have been better

Upon intial entry to the home it was beautiful. We had checked in and dropped our stuff off everything seemed fit. So went on to vacation fun. Upon returning we showered and were getting ready for bed.... my husband pulled the sheets back only to find some very disturbing remnants of bodily fluids. This then prompted us to check all the beds only to then find more remnants of presence before us. I immediately called management at 12 30 a.m to no call back and left several voicemails. I even tried to look for sheets to change the bed myself and there was no extra sheets. The couch was full of stains. One of the dining room chairs was so loose if someone sat on it it would break. We drove 19 hours to get tonthis property, I was exhausted and so were my kids. I ended up packing everything up and leaving the property and find another place to stay. I received a text the next day that my call could not be returned at this time due to the individual's location. I advised I expected a call back promptly. I received a call from Tina at Mike Z rentals who left a voicemail apologizing profusely for what I had experienced. She advised that a cleaning crew and cleaning inspector came through prior to our arrival. I folllowed up with an email submitted all the pictures I took and Tina again apologized and advised she would send a team to come clean, or would give me a full refund. I opted for the full refund. A refund was given to which I am grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We deeply apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. What you described is far from the standard we strive to maintain, and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort you and your family faced. We appreciate your patience as we worked to address the situation. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find the condition of the property not meeting expectations, and we're sorry for the lack of immediate communication during such a critical time. We have since taken steps to ensure that this situation does not happen again, including a thorough review of our cleaning and maintenance procedures. We’re glad that Tina was able to reach out and offer a resolution. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address the issue and provide a refund. We hope that, despite this experience, we might have the chance to host you in the future under better circumstances.
