Historic Downtown Ocean City is the ideal place to leave everyday life behind and enjoy all that our beautiful town has to offer! If you are looking to get away, enjoy the Beach, the Boardwalk and amusements all within walking distance from the condo. As you are welcomed into this beautiful 3rd floor condo, the thoughtful decor and comfortable furnishings will instantly make you feel right at home! The Living Room is a great space to relax in the comfort of the AC, watch a movie on the Flat Screen TV, and enjoy the Free Wifi. The Chef in your family will love the well-equipped Eat-in Kitchen. The full-size appliances and open space will make meal time a bay breeze - whether for a quick breakfast before hitting the Beach or a family dinner in, the cook in your family will appreciate having everything right at their fingertips!

This 1 Bedroom Condo will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children with a cozy Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. The Flat Screen Smart TV in the Bedroom is perfect for the nights you want to let the kids have some downtime and stream a movie - while Mom and Dad enjoy some quiet time, as well - perhaps enjoying a glass of wine on the patio. Quiet and Comfortable

The condo is located very close to downtown, the boardwalk and many of the other local places to go. It was very clean, well kept, and comfortable. Had a great time, would love to come back sometime soon

Budget conscious stay

Wanted an extended beach weekend at a reasonable price. This worked for us. Pictures of unit were accurate. Loved the location (parked the car and walked everywhere). OCMD is expensive, so for what you pay don’t expect an updated luxurious place, but it was clean and a perfect location.

Broken Glass on the Floor

VRBO unit was poor at best. The parking situation was unclear. We stayed in Unit 8 and there was a parking spot marked with an 8 in the alley which led me to believe that was the parking spot. But we were later told by the neighbors that we parked in their spot and that we should park on the street so we moved the car. What made our stay worse was that a member of our group walked around barefoot in the unit, under the assumption it was cleaned, and she stepped on a piece of glass which puncture her foot. She bled around the floor until we were able to pull the shard of glass out. After this occurrence we all felt unsafe taking off our shoes and walked around with shoes on. When going through the kitchen we also noticed what seemed to be insecticide next to the cooking tools so we opted to eat out instead of cook. The rental management company later contacted us multiple times very concerned about improper parking spot when we tried to notify them of the blood on the floor and potentially more glass. They glazed over the accident and just told us that we were inside the homes and most likely the ones who dropped or broke something with glass, trying to absolve themselves of any fault or responsibility in this matter. VRBO has been contacted and we are still awaiting a response. We were told the unit was cleaned and clearly that wasn’t the case with the rusty bathroom, dust on the bedroom dressers, dirty mirrors, and glass shards.

Just OK….

This is a very honest and objective review based only on our experience. While the reservation and arrival process is very smooth, the apartment fails to meet full expectations for the higher than avg price. Reservation process and communications are great. Timely responses with texting or email. If it rains at all while you are there, USE CAUTION on the stairs!! Huge safety issue when smooth pressure treated wood has standing water on it. Parking is difficult to locate if you arrive at night as they have no map or photo to provide. Sign is an 8x10 on a wooden post in the edge of a tree. Showering, if you are over 5’5” tall you will encounter significant challenges while showering in the angled wall shower space. The bed is very noisy, like an old creaky staircase so if you sleep with a partner expect to be awakened each time one of you moves. Fridge was not on when we arrived so we lost over 83 in groceries waiting for the fridge to cool. Property manager didn’t really comprehend the lost monetary value, or possibly just didn’t care. Minor maintenance issues unresolved demonstrates a lack of attention to detail resulting in my three star rating. I did follow up with the property management after my stay whom I only texted with. I was offered a discount on my next stay only. There are many available rentals in the immediate area.
