This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features an open kitchen/dining room, living room with fireplace, large first floor bedroom with King -sized bed, two full baths and a mudroom.
The second level has a secondary bedroom with office space, third bedroom, and full bath. Sliding doors from the dining area lead to a large deck, patio, fire pit, and outdoor shower. The lower level with laundry room provides additional living space, a library, and a ping pong table.
The property is conveniently located off Queen Anne Road and close to Hawks Nest State Park, Brooks Park, and the Cranberry Valley Golf Course.

Harwich consists of seven villages and stretches from the Brewster town line to Nantucket Sound, encompassing freshwater ponds, cranberry bogs, and offers an quaint and special Olde Cape Cod-fashioned town center. Pleasant Lake is located on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and you can visit our friends Todd and Greta at the Pizza Shark on Route 124. A popular stop for pizza and ice creams for locals, as well as visitors.
Harwich has sixteen saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound, known for its warm and calm waters.
If you are considering a Nantucket day trip, catch the Freedom Ferry from Saquatucket Harbor and enjoy waterfront dining and fantastic seafood.

Saturday to Saturday only during June, July and August. In the shoulder season, we will offer a three night minimum rental.
