No smoking inside the house, garage, or on the balconies. Any missing items including kitchenware, linens, and blankets will be charged $25 per item.

Beautiful mini getaway

The location was perfect! The condo was clean and very nice! Like my daughters said “it gives me an Outer Banks vibe, it’s cute”! Jazz the manager was on point with everything! Great experience will definitely come back❤️

Perfect location for the beach

You can see the Wasaga beach sign as you open your front door. Great location to just pull your wagon and kiddos across the street and the beach is less than 4 minutes walk. This is ideal spot if you have young ones. They even provided high chair so we didnt even need to unpack ours. The small details is very thoughtful. This beach house is clean and pretty.
