Do not hesitate any longer: our apartment is still available the week of August 24 to August 31 and in September.

Located in Sainte-Maxime, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in a residence consisting of small terraced houses on 2 levels nestled in lush vegetation, the two-room apartment, on the ground floor, consists of:
- one bedroom with double bed
- a main room including the kitchen equipped with a table and the living room with two single sofa beds
- a bathroom with bath and toilet
- a terrace with an outdoor table, overlooking a small garden

300 meters from the sea: elephant beach at the entrance to the domain

Very beautiful infinity pool with a paddling pool pouring into the large bath, reserved for owners and their tenants

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour du 15/08 au 29/08/2015 résidence : La résidence est très calme et reposante. Elle est également très propre et très bien entretenue par les services de nettoyage ou d'espaces verts. La situation est parfaite à 300 mètres de la plage et 4kms du centre de Sainte Maxime, ce qui permet de s'écarter du bruit de la ville sans en être loin. La piscine mise à disposition est flambant neuve hyper propre et superbe. Elle propose même une vue mer. appartement : Nous avons trouvé l'appartement spacieux pour 4 surtout avec la chambre séparée. gros point positif sur les rangements qui sont en nombre et suffisants pour 4 personnes. la présence d'un aspirateur et surtout d'un lave vaisselle est un vrai +. la terrasse est vraiment agréable car toujours ensoleillée et dispose d'un petit jardin avec fauteuil. La vue mer est une "vraie" vue mer. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cette location. Nous tenons également à souligner la gentillesse et l’amabilité des personnes qui nous ont reçu, aussi bien lors de notre arrivée que lors de notre départ.

Agréable séjour ensoleillé

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. La résidence est très calme. Le top : la vue sur la mer de la terrasse entourée d’une très belle végétation du Sud (pin parasol, lauriers fleurs…). L’appartement est équipé d’un lave-vaisselle : ça ce n’est bien pas besoin de faire la plonge et plus de temps pour profiter de ses vacances. Il manque juste un congélateur. Quelle tristesse de quitter ce magnifique cadre et cette splendide région ensoleillée… !
