This stunning two-storey waterfront home will provide you with a high degree of pleasure and enjoyment over your stay. From the minute you walk in the entrance you have impressive views of Lake Mulwala.
The lower level features an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light, creating a tranquil atmosphere overlooking the inground pool, with views of the lake. Both the dining area and lounge are cosy, making it possible to spend intimate time together or socialise in front of the gas log fireplace. The kitchen boasts an electric cooktop stove, double ovens, butler’s pantry and water connected fridge providing ice and chilled water on a hot summer’s day.
Designed for sustainable living, this home achieves a 6‑star energy rating and a completely carbon‑neutral footprint. The upper level has four bedrooms, 3 x Queen beds and the master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite including a double shower, bath, walk-in robe and balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, quality towels and linen are supplied for your stay. All rooms have ducted heating and cooling, tinted windows and ceiling fans to ensure you will be comfortable. There is a kitchenette and bar fridge upstairs allowing for a chilled beverage on the balcony or morning coffee as the sun rises over the glistening water.

The laundry on the lower floor consists of a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Hello, we are excited to share our home with you and hope that you will love it as much as we do. We designed this home, making the most we could of the views. Our favourite room is the master bedroom where you can shower or take a bath overlooking the lake or watching tv - or both! The kitchen and lounge space also have gorgeous views of the lake, sit back and relax in front of the gas log fire, snuggle up and enjoy!
