Beautiful clean home. The master bath was amazing. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and everything we needed to cook meals. Were easily able to accommodate my husband, my son and I as well as our daughter and her 2 children. Location great for attending our other son's graduation from UTC. Centrally located in Chatanooga but the surrounding neighborhood is rough. The easy to use locks on the doors and video surveillance added security. We did have to swap propane tanks from table fire pit to grill to accommodate our grilling plans. Back lawn wasn't mowed but it rained and we had to forgo our play there anyway. Overall a beautiful clean house and well worth the price. We appreciated all the interior decor and amenities.

Beautiful reborn gem

The owners have rehabilitated this home into a beautiful, roomy, nice place to stay. Everything was very clean, they don't use those chemicals to make the place smell clean, it's actually clean. The furnishings were great and comfy, the kitchen is well-appointed and cupboards are labeled so you know where to put everything back, the master bathroom is exquisite, the beds are comfortable. The communication with Ashley the manager was second to none. I have rented 50 or 60 VRBO's in the last 2 years, and she was by far the most communicative of any of the hosts. She was very accommodating and attentive. The neighborhood needs more fixing up, but we still felt safe. Don't be intimidated by some of the properties you will pass on the way to this oasis. Once you pull up to the home, you will see its charm, and when you step inside you will be very, very pleased. Don't hesitate to experience this beautiful home!

This property was very nice and met our needs for the conference we attended. It was close to the church, easy to get back and forth, and was very clean and nice.

Our family has lived in Chattanooga for more than 13 years. We love the vibe of the city with all of the great restaurants, cafes, hiking, and biking. We're excited to welcome people to our beautiful city!

My husband and I own an online business and we usually work from home, however when our two kids are out of school we like to take our work on the road. We love to travel as a family. Our favorite place to travel is Costa Rica and we love traveling to Europe and Asia.

The ideal place to stay in Chattanooga. It is located in the center of Chattanooga. You can get to all of the major places within 15 minutes from here. It is an old historic and up-coming neighborhood.

Our Green house was originally built in 1930 and completely renovated in 2020. It is mixed with old charm taste and modern stylish taste. High ceiling, Open floor plan, Huge island(Chef's kitchen), Super high-speed wifi, Large roman bath with dual shower heads, Gas fireplace, Front porch swing with a view of the ridge, firepit and bbq grill in the back porch.

This place is perfect for families and couples who are looking for a place to truly relax while being close to all that Chattanooga has to offer.

Our location is in the center of the Chattanooga area. 8 minutes to downtown, less than 15 minutes to pretty much all major tourist spots, 15 minutes to the mall and shopping area, 15 minutes to Hixson.
