This elegant Lookout 26 at Deer Valley home has been newly decorated and is located just minutes from the Deer Valley slopes and Silver Lake Village.

The home boasts a spacious 4,725 square feet of living space offering four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Living Room: Comfortable leather furnishings, Flat Screen TV, and beautiful views from the soaring windows.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen area offers the chef in your group everything needed to create tasty dishes. You'll find high-end stainless appliances, custom cabinets, a wine cooler, and granite countertops. There is also seating for 4 people at the kitchen bar.

Just a couple minute shuttle ride to Silver Lake base. Great kitchen with all the cooking equipment. Amazing massage chairs in the media room. Hot tub was excellent after a day of skiing. The rooms were perfect size and very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay.

The downside is we had workers come to the home unannounced wanting access to do work. This was extremely odd not to mention somewhat dangerous as we had no idea who they were.

A dream vacation

We loaded up the entire family for a snow filled paradise. This property was perfect for comfort and cleanliness. It was stocked with so many amenities. My grandson (10) loved the entire cabinet full of games and family fun. Hot tub was perfect for 7 and beautiful with the scenery. The location was great to make it to all the slopes and even the parking area for main street. We can not wait to come back.

Perfect Mountain Vacation Home!

We had a perfect Spring Break Ski Vacation at this property! To start with the home was well located for Deer Valley skiing. In a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, but only a short 5 min drive or call for a complementary shuttle ride to either the base of the mountain or mid-mountain skiing. The beautiful home has everything you need for a single large family or multi-family vacation. Each bedroom has very comfortable furnishings and en suite bathrooms for privacy and comfort. The main living area has lovely views of the mountains and has plenty of cozy seating for relaxing by the fire after a day of skiing. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living room and made it enjoyable to stay in and cook each evening while the family relaxed together. So many ways to unwind after skiing! The hot tub, the fireplace, the views, the theater room with massage chairs were all perfect choices and we used them all! We cannot wait to go back to this home for our next ski vacation! We'd love to stay in the summer too!

Fantastic summer respite!

This home is absolutely lovely! It is incredibly spacious allowing THREE families plenty of room to comfortably stay for a week. The bunk room and nearby media room made a great hang-out for the kids. The furnishings are beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen and deck/grill are perfect for cooking great family meals together. We loved being super close to mid mountain/Silver Lake... great hiking and restaurants within walking distance. Oh, and THE NICEST HOT TUB I've ever seen!

Your Ulitmate Mountain Luxury Property

Spacious, immaculately maintained home perched atop Deer Valley in the midst of towering aspens and firs. Just a small hike from town and easy access to Silver Lake by shuttle. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen provided amazing meals at sunset on the mountain-view deck. Whole home sound-system provided light hearts for all! Kids loved the movie theater on the first floor. Grandparents loved the elevator serving all floors. Parents grateful for the brilliantly-planned space available for three families to connect yet not feel on top of one another! Hot tub-in-the-woods a huge plus after long summer hikes. Truly an athlete's paradise, Deer Valley...summer or winter! Thank you, Lookout 26, for a brilliant stay!

Off-season Ski House retreat

It was such a treat to stay in this amazing property! It's like-new inside, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for hiking, and the layout allowed us to spread out and relax- very spacious! The kitchen was great- high end appliances for great cooking, and even a raclette maker was provided for the perfect mountain meal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, enjoying long hikes and hot tubbing after. Will book this unit again for our next getaway!!

From the moment we walked into the door, we knew we had found an excellent property for our long weekend. The main floor has a great open living room/kitchen leading out to front deck (it was snowing during our visit but would be great during warmer months). The kitchen is extremely well appointed with everything we needed for cooking after a long day on the slopes. The kids loved the home theater room next to their bunk room on the bottom floor. The main floor has the master and third floor has two other bedrooms for additional guests (with direct access to backyard deck/hot tub). It is a great layout for multiple guests. The complimentary transportation to Silver Lake made it so easy to get on/off the slopes within minutes. We can't wait to return to this beautiful property. It's location and extensive amenities make it top notch all around!
