Welcome to Bayview House, a beautifully presented coastal retreat on Phillip Island, perfectly positioned just a short stroll to the stunning Red Rocks Beach and only moments from the cafés, restaurants and shops of Cowes.

Designed for families and groups, this spacious double-storey beach house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, featuring three generous bedrooms plus a versatile multi-purpose room with a single daybed and single trundle.

Whether you're here for a relaxing beach escape or a fun-filled family getaway, Bayview House has everything you need for a memorable stay. Unwind in the outdoor spa, relax in the private sauna, challenge friends to a game on the pool table, or enjoy cosy nights in with Netflix, board games, books and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The thoughtfully designed home offers two spacious living areas, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The lower level features the main living space, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, two bedrooms and a beautifully renovated family bathroom complete with a stunning freestanding bath. Step outside to an incredible covered entertaining area overlooking the garden and spa, perfect for year-round enjoyment.

Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom, a second living retreat and an expansive outdoor deck where you can take in beautiful water views across Westernport Bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes a brand-new oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and extensive cookware** for those who love to entertain. Full linen and towels are provided, along with laundry facilities including a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Whether you're soaking in the spa after a beach day, enjoying sunset drinks on the deck, or exploring everything Phillip Island has to offer, Bayview House is the perfect place to relax, reconnect and create lasting memories.

The house is on a residential street with permanent residents, so we only rent to mature guests who will be respectful of our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
