Over all a great experience. Expect resort style stay. Lengthy distance to the beach the view and scenery makes it worth the walk. Some traffic at the elevators if traveling with buggies or strollers. The town is beach side environments and lovely views all around.

Owner's Response: “Thank you for your review. The Hilton Head Resort was built in the early 80s but has gone through several upgrades throughout the years. Our particular villa was upgraded in the Spring of 2023 to include updated flooring, brand-new furniture as well as an updated Master Bathroom and paint. Thank you again for your review."

We enjoyed the room. It was very clean and couch and bed was so comfy. Close to walk to beach. Marsh stinks but that not your fault. The beach wasn’t what I thought it would be. I’m use to big waves but there was no one on the beach Pool was wonderful and plenty of lounge chairs to lay out. Weather was not the best but we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for letting us stay. Having a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was very important to us. Tvs in both bedroom and In living room. Didn’t understand what channel were. But I figured out what to watch The building was very clean and kept up

Overall our stay was sufficient for the time we were there. Beautiful view. All the tvs are smart tvs. The kitchen had what we needed. The bed were ok. No extra pillow cases or sheets , but extra pillows in the closets. Rust and mold in the showers. Lots of dust and things under the furniture. Couch was not comfortable. The condominium itself was nice but rundown. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was not heated. The walk to the beach was very long. Definitely a beach cart or wagon would have been helpful. Beach chairs and towels are not provided. There was a lot of cleaning duties we had to do that I did not expect with the already high cleaning fee. Overall it was a nice stay, but would choose a different condo next time.

Thank you for sharing your positive insight on the view and amenities we provide! - Thank you for your response, and we sincerely apologize if the cleanliness didn't meet your expectations. We have already taken action by reaching out to our cleaning and property management company, and a deep cleaning of the unit has been scheduled. Maintaining the cleanliness of our home is a point of pride, and guests can rest assured that we recently replaced the furniture just this springtime. - It's important to us that guests have the necessities for their stay and we're sorry that we were unable to provide additional linens during a mid-stay since we don't have a turnover service at that point. However, our property manager maintained consistent contact with you throughout your stay, and any issues related to cleaning or sheets could have been addressed immediately. - As our aim is always to be accommodating, we were able to offer a late check-out through coordination with the property manager.- To add a more enjoyable experience, we are happy to share that we are in the process of joining the waiting list for a beach storage locker to provide a cart and chairs for future guests. Additionally, guests have access to towels located in the guest closet intended for use at the beach. Thank you again for your feedback as we always appreciate a chance to improve our home and your stay. We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
