Private pool, approximately 12 x 24, can be heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F for an additional $250. Covered front porch off living room and sundeck off master bedroom. Front porch and upper deck nicely furnished with sturdy deck furniture. Rear porch furnished with comfortable wicker style porch furniture. Fenced rear yard with private pool, brick pavers, and sturdy deck furniture. Screened outside shower (hot/cold water) and picnic table below house. Upstairs hallway sitting area with flat screen TV/DVD. Granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances, glass top range, convection oven, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer adjacent to kitchen. Seven flat screen TV's with cable and seven DVD players. Wi-Fi internet service. Approximate heated square footage 2575. No smoking or pets allowed.
