This direct ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a stylish retreat checks all the boxes for a Cocoa Beach vacation! Location is the best of both worlds: Being about a mile south of the Cocoa Beach Pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jon's a short walk down the beach. You're steps from the white sand, and an easy drive or bike ride to the bars, restaurants, and shops of Cocoa Beach and Orlando.

An open floor plan combines the living room with a spacious, full kitchen. A master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the guest bedroom! Spring Break Getaway

Room was clean and had a terrific view of the beach. Provided us with everything that we needed for my wife and I and our three kids. We enjoyed our week there. Would definitely come back again.

Condo was great and super clean! Had a wonderful view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs in the condo too. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. The manager had great communication with us throughout the stay. FYI - It’s listed that there is a pull out bed in the couch and there is not. Luckily, our daughter was happy to just sleep on the couch.

We did not use the dishwasher and did not go to the pool. We also did not use the 2nd bathroom tub or bedroom. We enjoyed our stay with a marvelous view from our balcony. The ability to launder our clothes was greatly appreciated. The clean sheets and towels were the best! The host definitely checked on us. Taking the garbage out was a hike and not enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful 5-night stay. The condo was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach chairs were a nice added bonus. Having laundry in-unit was also a perk. Overall, the location of the condo complex was ideal for getting to location attractions - the Brevard Zoo was a favorite! Everyone me met in the condo complex was lovely and respectful, we would definitely stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here! Very clean and a beautiful view of the ocean. We've stayed here a couple times previously through the years. The couch is pretty worn out, but that would be my only suggestion for improvement.

Spring Break on the Beach

Our daughter traveled to Orlando with her softball team. However, our family LOVES the beach. The location was a good compromise for trips to watch the team play and spending time on the beach. There were many families vacationing there at the same time, so the atmosphere was fun and family-friendly. We were able to visit the Kennedy Space Center and watched a rocket launch. Riding the waves on Boogie Boards was a highlight! We had an outstanding view of the ocean from our unit’s balcony. There’s nothing better than enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the waves. It was an awesome vacation.

The property was nothing short of awesome! The ocean view from the living area and the main bedroom was stunning. The place was very clean and was furnished nicely. (The couch is a little worn and height is kinda low…) We usually bring extras with us such as utensils n cups/bowls/plates but weren’t needed. Same with beach chairs n furniture. The place had all that as well. Great location that was convenient to Walmart and various restaurants, etc. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time. Would gladly seek this place out again for future vacations.

These reviews get easier and easier each time. This was the 6th time we have booked with Stay in Cocoa Beach and we have yet to be disappointed. The Sandcastle was probably our favorite so far. The bedrooms are huge, condos are cozy and the views oceanside are amazing. My favorite part was the larger kitchen in these units. I cook a lot for my family that comes to visit while we are in town and this time it was so easy to cook and entertain them, and it had basically everything you need to make dinner, I did add a meat thermometer to the drawer. The only thing I even remotely negative would be the couch needs to be replaced. It is so low to the ground that everyone was having a hard time getting on and off of it. It has been well loved over the years. Super comfy and easy to fall asleep on. Beautifully decorated and I love the large dining room table and the barstools. Plenty of seating for everyone. We almost had to use the storm shutters on the balcony because the weather was so bad while we were there. Glad they were there and even more glad we didn't have to use them. Can't wait to return

The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing — we loved enjoying our morning coffee out there every day. It was also such a thoughtful touch that the owners provided beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!
