Nice relaxing place for getting together with old friends!
Great stay! Quiet, relaxing, plenty of space to engage at dining table and couches in living room while enjoying deer and birds outside. Very thankful for the large windows and open space. Nice dock to walk out on to view more gorgeous scenery. Thanks for giving us a comfortable place while we were visiting Seeley Lake. Also your neighbor in lodge cabin which gps led us to was so kind and helpful to getting to your accommodations.
Nice place on the water with lots of wild life around. House was nice and spacious. My only downside was that the room that sleeps 4 is bunkbeds, and I didn't see that in the description (unless I missed it). Over all, great stay - thank you
Great location on the Clearwater river and close to town. Space was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was outstanding! And very well stocked with appliances, dishes etc.. We had an issue with the tv and gas fireplace which the property manger promptly addressed. Would stay again. Great deck and very spacious.
Peaceful Escape on Heaven’s Way – Perfect for Pets!
We stayed at this lovely property for our son’s wedding in Seeley Lake and couldn’t have been happier! It was exactly as listed—quiet, beautiful, and very comfortable. The easy check-in process made our stay even better, and we appreciated that our pets were welcome. Just a heads-up for future guests: Google Maps will try to take you to the wrong location. You’ll need to drive a little further than it suggests to reach the property. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Snowmobile time
It was great and met our snowmobiling needs. The tub is slow to drain and that was our only hiccup.

Gorgeous View
Very Nice Cabin/Wonderful Setting/Deck with beautiful River/Mountain View. There's no beach access from the yard but the dock will take you right out to it. If you don't have a boat, bring a paddle board or puppy plank to assist the dogs/kids out of the water back up on to the dock! Wonderful place to stay, especially if you do have a boat! :]
It was very cold. I'm sure it's wonderful in the summer seasons. But I don't recommend winter.

Hi Kent, we value providing an excellent experience for our guests, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner:-We apologize that your visit to Seeley did not meet your expectations. The winter season in this area is known for its cold temperatures, making it a popular destination for winter sports such as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing. However, if you prefer warmer weather, we highly recommend visiting during the summer months.-To ensure our guests' comfort during the winter, we have installed a brand new heating system, a gas fireplace, and multiple portable heaters in the cabin. These amenities are designed to keep you warm and comfortable after enjoying outdoor winter activities. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
Everything was good. The house could use some upgrades. They also might want to check the septic system, the bathroom smelled like sewer. But over all it was comfortable and thank you for letting us rent for the 6 days.
Cabin is in reasonably good condition, especially considering the price for an 8-person dog-friendly house. Location is excellent, neighboring cabins are quiet and not too close. Deer visiting constantly in early October! I don't boat or kayak so can't speak to whether the facilities for that are good or not. Once we figured out the heating and cooling situation we were quite comfortable. The easy-to-use gas fireplace was a highlight for us city dwellers. Kitchen is quite well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Not luxury, but we were pretty comfortable all things considered. Thank you for a pleasant stay 😊
Great place with potential, but issues were unresolved
This property is a work in progress. Many tasteful updates have been done. It was well appointed and clean. Several screens missing on the windows and one was broken. There was a large hole in the deck and a couple warped boards that were trip hazards. The grass had been mowed, but not trimmed around the cabin. There was a dead animal smell coming from under the cabin. We notified the property contact, but never received a reply. We weren't at the property during the day and the cool temps at night and running fans made the smell tolerable while sleeping. I hope that the smell is resolved before the next guests. We also encountered a bat the first night, but did not see it after that - hopefully it found its way out. Overall, this would be a great cabin to stay at with a little more attention and some communication.

Hi Kristi, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The wildlife is part of what makes the location of this cabin so special. It's a normal occurrence to see bats at night in this area, along with deer, eagles, squirrels, beavers, otters, falcons, ospreys, and other wildlife during the day.
- We already contacted a glass repairman and they fixed the cracked window. We also recently painted and repaired the deck. We have plans to install a completely brand-new deck this Fall for our guests to enjoy.
- We recently looked under the entire cabin and the smell you mentioned was not present when we checked for critters. It appears this issue has been resolved. We have never experienced problems with bad odors and our cleaning team did not report anything unusual before your stay.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We appreciate your suggestions on areas of improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
Great Place As Long As Stuff Gets Fixed and Finished
We went to spend Thanksgiving and before we went I tried emailing the busyb email provided to see what was there for making a big meal and never got a response. I also tried to inform the same email of problems and still got no response. So to be on the prepared side we took extra items to make sure we were covered and found the kitchen is pretty well stocked. Even with plenty of expired food left in fridge and pantry. First ariving we played the game if we could find a switch that actually turned on a light. When using the sink in the bathroom, the tub would back up. Because of the very slow drain, had to take low flow showers with shutting water off in between rinsing to keep the tub from filling up. Quite a few lights didn't come on and not sure if it was from bad lights or electrical issues, I didn't go there to work so I didn't bother trying to troubleshoot anything. In the kitchen there is uncovered sheet rock and electrical boxes and wiring exposed. The bathroom also has half ass effort put in to trim out the door and stuff. Most of the house was clean and put up. This house is not runned down yet but is headed to be that. If the minimal effort to maintain the place continues. It would be something I would like to do a repeat visit if maintained.

Hi Brent, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-We have thoroughly checked all the lights, and they are all in proper working condition with functional bulbs. We apologize if there was any difficulty in finding the light switches, and we appreciate your understanding. -The property has two refrigerators. The guest refrigerator, which is the closest, is consistently clean and empty except for a few condiments. The owner's refrigerator positioned further back, may occasionally have food but is regularly cleaned and cleared. -Busyb, our in-town contact, was away during the holiday season which could have contributed to a response time slightly beyond their usual promptness. Nevertheless, emails through the app or online platform are routed directly to the owners' personal email, guaranteeing a swift reply. We recognize this uncommon delay during our contact's holiday travels.-The home is diligently maintained, and we regret that the guest did not find the bathroom trim to be satisfactory.-Typically, the tub drains well, and we were not aware of any issues beforehand. We have promptly contacted a plumber to investigate and resolve any drainage concerns. Thank you for choosing our property, and we hope to host you again in the future. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
