The Space:

This three-bedroom home is well suited for family holidays, trips with friends or short-term business stays. It features one king bed, one queen bed and two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, with a layout that works well for both shared and private living.



The home includes a bathtub, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day. A small balcony is also available, furnished with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant spot to enjoy a quiet moment, whether it’s a morning coffee or some downtime in the evening.



The kitchen, living area and dining space are clearly defined, creating a practical and comfortable layout that feels like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchenware, cookware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. Overall, the space is designed for ease, comfort and everyday living throughout your visit.



Guest Access:

Guest can have access to the entire apartment.



Please be aware that public facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance organized by the building manager. Unfortunately, as your host, I do not receive timely notifications or updates regarding these maintenance activities.

The Neighborhood:

Perfectly positioned close to all that the city provides throughout the Adelaide CBD, the Central Markets, Rundle Mall and Rundle Street. Within walking distance to the surrounding Adelaide Parklands, a vast variety of fantastic cafes and restaurants on your door step and nearby to the sensational Adelaide Oval precinct, perfect for the sports and entertainment enthusiasts. Adelaide University, University SA and TAFE are all very close with secondary education zoning for Adelaide High School. Public transport options are easily accessible with the tram, Adelaide Train Station and major bus stops all nearby.



Getting Around:

Hutt Street is just a 5-minute walk, offering a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and everyday essentials in a relaxed village-style setting.



Free City Connector buses (99A & 99C) are available within a 3-minute walk, providing easy access to key city areas including Hurtle Square, Chinatown, Central Market, Victoria Square and North Adelaide.



Adelaide Central Market & Chinatown can be reached in around 14 minutes on foot, or a short ride via the free city bus.



Rundle Mall, Adelaide’s main shopping and entertainment precinct, is approximately 20 minutes’ walk or 15 minutes by free city bus.



North Terrace, home to Adelaide’s major cultural institutions such as the Art Gallery, South Australian Museum and State Library, is around 17 minutes’ walk away.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cot, highchair, and baby bath are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
