Yarmouth Port - This four bedroom three bath colonial is full of charm and character in the beautiful Rolling Hills community just off of Route 6A is a great choice for your summer vacation! New to the rental inventory for 2023 the first floor offers sparkling hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings with skylights in the kitchen and dining area. Sliders lead from the dining area to the deck and back yard prefect for summer entertaining. There is one bedroom located on the main level of the home, 2 on the second floor and the 4th is in the walkout lower level. Each level has a full bath. Each bedroom is equipped with an A/C unit. Wifi. Washer and Dryer. Linens are not included with this rental but can be rented locally if you did not want to bring them along with you. Parking for 4 in the driveway

Great house, great location

Clean nice and spacious house. Good yard area out back. Central to everything in the yarmouth port area, would definitely stay again. House was stocked with all the essentials. Everything involving the house and stay was perfect and as advertised. Only complaint is the cost of linens from the property management company which I found to be absurdly high.

A Comfortable Retreat in a Quiet Neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal preparation easy. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the rental felt like a home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ area and the proximity to the beach, which were added bonuses that enhanced our overall experience. We highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient retreat in a peaceful neighborhood.
