Minimum Rental Period: City of Marathon zoning requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and no exceptions can be made.

Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.

No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited within the property to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.

Great place to stay

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and quiet and stylish. Great location close to everything. We had an issue with the WiFi and they took care of it quickly! Great communication! Just be aware that the downstairs author is a full time resident and paranoid about renters being too loud so be prepared for him to come upstairs and tell you as soon as you check in. 😂🙄

Clean, well furnished condo

Wonderful area, we met many new friends, found great restaurants close by. Condo has everything you need and so clean and new. Plenty of parking. Bring your boat and come in down!!We will need back!!
