Samara Serenity is very accommodating for larger groups, families, friends and neighbors that travel together. Conveniently welcomes up to 12 people!
This home was finished in 2024 to North American standards in Samara, Guanacaste, a place where you can feel time slow down and you can relax and enjoy to the fullest!

Each apartment in this house is fully equipped its own kitchen with its own BBQ, internet, washer/dryer and A/C! Why have 1 unit when you can have 2?!

Conveniently located in desired neighborhood Canto de Gavilanes just 10-15 minute walking distance to beach and center of town or a 2-3 minute drive yet quiet and peaceful to enjoy the beauty of Samara's relaxing vibe.

Wake up to the sounds of monkeys and birds in these serene and tranquil apartments!
Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in each apartmen.t Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and a king size bed!
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Two more full bathrooms for everyone to enjoy in each apartment.
All bedrooms have their own A/C and fan as well as the living rooms.

Large sliding doors in the kitchen opens up to a spacious outdoor area with BBQ that creates a wonderful feeling of indoor/outdoor living in tropical surroundings. One BBQ per floor!

There is a safe that can fit a standard size laptop.
Hot water in all showers and faucets and yes, you can flush the toilet paper unlike many other places in Costa Rica. We also have extra water filtration system throughout the entire house so you can drink the water!

Pool is not fenced so children should always be supervised.
There is a outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off any sand before getting in the pool.

Provided is also a Smart TV in living room for you to enjoy Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc.

It’s beautiful beach, resturants and bars have good service and pretty good food, can walk for miles or set and get drink service with a beautiful view. Nice little town with shopping as well.
