A Fully renovated house located in one of the best locations in Penticton, just an 8 minute walk to Okanagan Lake. Inside, you’ll find bright and sun-filled rooms, a central AC system, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The open-plan living area features inviting sofas and a 55-inch big-screen smart TV with complimentary Disney + to keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen has a French door fridge with water and ice dispenser, a free-standing oven and stovetop, a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or at the dining table with seating for four. If you don’t feel like cooking, take a walk into town and treat yourself to a night out with many great restaurants and bars to choose from. There are two beautiful queen bedrooms, each with quality bedding and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The living area can also be converted into a third sleeping space with a pull-out bed for an additional two guests. If you need to work during your stay, our dedicated office space has a desk and a comfy reading chair, as well as super-fast Telus PureFibre 1G WiFi to keep you connected. Outside, you can relax in the fully fence backyard or on the covered patio with an outdoor gas BBQ surrounded by tall cedar trees.
