With three spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, modern kitchen, two living areas, two bathrooms and laundry, it has everything guests require. TheTownhouse is located only a block away from the City Park, AFL Football Stadium and Inveresk (Launceston Museum). Easy walk to the Launceston CBD and Farmers Market. Directly opposite is the North Esk riverbank walkway that leads to the Seaport and then onto the Cataract Gorge. The space The Townhouse is fully equiped with everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. - it has three spacious bedrooms each with a comfortable queen-sized bed. - the open plan living area has separate areas for dining, relaxing and preparing meals. The lounge room is fitted with a large sofa and smart tv. The kitchen space includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes and utensils. - upstairs is a second lounge with a smart tv, couch and desk. - the modern bathroom includes a large bath, easy shower access, toilet and vanity. The second bathroom is an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. - there is a spacious laundry on the ground floor with a front load washing machine and toilet. - through the french doors there is a deck area with seating. - the two reverse cycle heat pumps can be used for either heating or cooling. - there is free off street parking at the front of the Townhouse. It is enough space to fit 2 cars. Please note that the driveway is shared with the front cottage. - free wifi internet. Guest access PLEASE NOTE access to the second floor is via a staircase with no doors or safety gates. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The staircase may not be suitable for small children or people with disabilities. Other things to note We provide some basic items to get you started such as tea, coffee and sugar.
PLEASE NOTE there may be traffic noise from the next door timber yard. This doesn't seem to affect most guests but if you are a late riser this may be something to consider before booking. A pair of ear plugs might also help. Licence number DA0777/2021

What an amazing place to stay, wonderful base for the week, kitchen was a dream for when we were in but there are so many local close by restaurants, bakeries and cafes we enjoyed as well. The house was comfortable and roomy. Can't fault anything and definitely hope to be back on our next trip

Very new, clean, comfy beds, huge bath.
Was in Launceston with friends for footy, so location was perfect, just a short walk to ground.
Had a fantastic time in Launceston. Wonderful location, close to everything. Property was in excellent condition with everything you need and more. Very comfortable for the entire family. Thank you
A lovely, well appointed new property with plenty of space for 6 adults. Our host was most accommodating and prompt in her responses. We attended a football match at UTAS which was a short walk from the house. Easy walk into town as well, with a shopping centre (Coles, Kmart etc) just around the corner. If you are a light sleeper and do like a sleep in beyond 7am (weekdays) you may find the noise from the local Mitre 10 an issue. Thanks again Sarah
