As you walk in the front door of 3095 you are greeted with an amazing kitchen for the chef of the family. Well stocked with everything you need to make those home cook meals. All stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen also has an opening to view out to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while you're whipping up those delicious meals. Large living area has a lots of seating and a smart TV for you and your family to enjoy the big game or kick back for some downtime for movies. Dining room area has enough seating for up to 6 guest.

Located in the master bedroom is a comfy king size bed, to enjoy those late night movies, watching the waves crash the shore or even get that much needed rest you have been waiting for. Guest bedroom not only has 2 queen beds but also more great views of the beach.

Beautiful interior, but under construction

This condo was beautiful inside, super clean, spacious, and had great attention to detail. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware the entire building was under construction and I was woken up to hammering and power tools every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 5pm. That made my stay quite difficult. Without this, I would absolutely love to stay here again.

What a great view from 1102!!

Condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. Plenty of space and neat characteristics. Easy beach access. Would stay again without a doubt.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Extremely friendly staff, Ms. Sharon who worked the front office was very pleasant and helpful. Clean and spacious condo. We were a little disappointed that our balcony wasn’t available for seating due to construction as we like to wake up drink our coffee and enjoy the beach view.
