The apartment is open and airy straight out across the Pacific Ocean. You are absolute beachfront here and will be love this amazing location. This apartment is on the first floor with lift access from the basement parking, or ground floor entrance.
The beach is directly opposite and only 200 metres south to the Alexandra Headland Surf Club.

The whole apartment has ducted air-conditioning with overhead fans in the lounge and second bedroom.
The apartment has free and unlimited NBN high speed internet.
With ocean breezes coming straight across to you, you will rarely need the apartments air conditioning. BBQ is in the resort grounds and is on a shared use basis.
The kitchen has a cook top, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all items that you would need for cooking. All cutlery and crockery is supplied.
We of course provide all linen, bath / beach / hand / tea towels for your visit with us. Basic consumable items are provided for your assistance as a starter for your visit with us. Eg: coffee sachet, tea bags for each guest, toilet paper, 3 in 1 shampoo/body-wash/conditioner & dishwashing powder, these are provided for short stay (1-2 days). Any additional items you require will need to be purchased by you
There is an apartment pool and BBQ area downstairs and available for you to use.
Parking is in the underground basement in the dedicated car park, or on the road side directly in front of the apartment. The car park has a 2.02 metre clearance. There is additional guest parking in front of the building entrance and also on the roadside.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful beachfront apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury apartment for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
