Guests have full and exclusive use of the house and garden. They have use of two car parks in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Your visit starts with two car parking in the driveway. Entry is through the garden gate, along the board walk beside the dry rocky stream, to the front door. The garage is not accessible to guests.

All linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and amenities are provided.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

We have both indoor and outdoor (deck) dining tables and seating. This property gives you multiple options to relax, rest, be entertained and enjoy.

Tastefully decorated, with cards, games, books, internet, TV, you will find this the perfect family, friends, or a group house.

A 10 minute walk from the house, brings you on to the stunning Mooloolaba Beach.

This is truly a great central location for holiday makers to use for exploring and enjoying all of the coast, from Noosa back to Caloundra.

But with the space, indoor and outdoor dining, lounge room, pool, multiple outdoor relaxation areas, you may not want to leave the house, or grounds and go anywhere.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. “The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on the back verandah”.
If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning, damage and replacement costs.
