The house has a lot of character and is very well stocked. The location is excellent for walking around town, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The house has lots of history and unique charm! We had a great time here and would stay again.
The beds were awful, lighting in the bedroom closes to the bathroom in the master the lighting was terrible.Kitchen was well stocked. The place was very clean.Wouldn’t stay again because of the bed in master bedroom was bad.

From the owner: We are glad that you found the home clean and guest-ready. We wish you had reached out with any issues so that we could have assisted you. While mattress taste is subjective, we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We also feel the master bed is very comfortable. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that our specific beds did not suit your personal preferences. The mattress is only a few months old.We are not sure what issues you had with the lighting. The house was built in the early 1900s without electricity, as it was added at a later date. Some of the outlets and switches don't reflect the updates of today's builds. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
House was old but very cool and historic. We had a very relaxing time. The host had good communication and answered any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
My family and I came to Patagonia for a small family reunion. This house was ideal for us. It’s close to everything and is absolutely charming. A couple of cousins came by to talk one afternoon and the outside areas were ideal for that. A wall surrounds the property making it very private and idyllic. Will try to reserve it again when we go back.

Highly recommend
Wonderful, charming, spacious. Hosts were great. Surpassed our hopes!
We chose Patagonia because of the nearness to some great birding. We enjoyed the town and the ability to walk to restaurants/ shops. The house is charming and eclectic. Everything we needed was provided.
Sweet house with nice walled in yard. House was very well equipped . There were even night lights which I really appreciate having when Im in an unfamiliar place. It was a good base from which to visit Bisbee and Tombstone.
Lovely, charming place. We were thrilled to find such a great spot. There was a brief glitch with the internet in Patagonia. The owner Josh contacted us immediately to check in. It returned to normal to the town and all was well.

Fabulous
Great location, very well decorated and furnished. Highly recommend.
This was our second stay in this unique and comfortable house. We liked it so much 5 years ago that we were truly looking forward to staying again. It did not disappoint! We loved the creative use of materials, especially in the small room on the patio. It was my favorite place to read and relax. There were lots of thoughtful amenities throughout. And, the proximity to the Paton Hummingbird Center was wonderful, since we are birdwatchers. The town itself had some interesting stores and restaurants to make our stay even better.
We’ve stayed at this property twice before, most recently in 2019. As much as we still love it and find it comfortable for the most part, its upkeep has obviously been let go. The interior was clean although furnishings need repair or replacing - the master bedroom mattress is awful. The beautiful outdoor space has been totally neglected - we had had to wipe down the furniture ourselves and clean off patios. What happened to the gardener? We enjoyed our stay dispute these disappointments.

House was clean and homey. 5 of us were somewhat cramped with one bathroom but worked out ok. Close to every thing. Very quiet. Rainy and cold the first couple days we were there. Hard to keep from tracking dead leaves and misc in house. No broom to sweep entry to avoid this.
Excellent property. Roku tv is terrible. No good channels.Unable to sign to in to view options. No sports.

Great Place with Lots of Character
My best friend and I did a short girls trip to Patagonia to celebrate my birthday. I wanted some place to stay that had great character and didn't just feel like a hotel room. We both loved this place and it definitely fit what I was looking for. The pictures did it justice and actually it was even better in person than in the pictures. The outdoor area was amazing and we spent one evening sitting on the front porch relaxing while it rained.
Was also impressed with how well stocked the place was with things you don't normally think to bring with you on a trip like Q-tips, fly swatters, spices, and even had a blender!
Our only complaint was the couch was a bit too soft and you sunk way down into it and then down feathers started appearing even through the slip cover.
Overall I would definitely stay here again and for a much longer period of time. My friend and I were both disappointed when our trip was over and it was time to leave.

From the owner: "We are so happy you enjoyed staying at our place, Mandi! My wife and I just bought the house last month and it came mostly furnished. We were able to do some upgrades when we were there in late April but the new couch hasn't come yet. Next time you stay, there will definitely be a new couch plus all the other awesome amenities and amazing outdoor space you already enjoyed. Come back soon!
