Summary:
Ocean views by day and the sound of waves at night is what you will enjoy staying at our spacious and very stylish 2 bedroom apartment. Split over 2 levels there is plenty of room for everyone! Stay in and enjoy brekky on the balcony or head out on a short 6 minute walk to all the local eateries, cafes and the famous surf and sand of Kings Beach. This apartment is definitely in the hub of all the action.

The Space:
A spacious 2-bedroom apartment split between two levels.

First floor- you will find open plan living, dining, kitchen and balcony area. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay; fridge/freezer, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc.

Downstairs-
Bedroom 1 is a Queen Size bed
Bedroom 2 is a Double bed.
Recently updates bathroom with a shower, bathtub, separate toilet and laundry.

All linen for bedding & bathroom is provided and included in the cleaning fee. Please bring your own beach towels.

Wi-fi, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Chromecast etc. available.

We provide a starter kit for your stay including tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil salt, pepper and laundry detergent.

Private enclosed courtyard.

Access to shared fully fenced grassed backyard, perfect for the kids to play.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in.

Check in 3PM
Check out 10AM

All access details are sent early morning on the day of arrival.

We will notify you if an earlier check in or later check out is available!

The Neighborhood:
A lovely neighbourhood and only a 6 minute walk to Kings Beach.

5 minute walk to Kings Beach Tavern and other restaurants /cafes mentioned in our Welcome Book.
6 minute walk to Kings Beach or Shelly Beach
3 minute drive to Bulcock Cinema
10 minute drive or 15 minute walk to local IGA in Bingera Street.
5 minute drive or 18 minute walk to the beautiful Happy Valley with an amazing park and beach area for the kids.
Approx. 20 minute drive to Kawana Shopping World.
1 hour to Noosa Heads.

Getting Around:
Buses close by. Uber and Taxi rides available.

Other Things to Note:
There is a single car space underground carpark provided on-site.
This has a clearance of 2.0 metres, which is suitable for most SUV's, but larger 4WD's may not access. Please check your vehicle height before entering the space.
Street parking is available.

Unfortunately, we do not accept school leavers.
