Gower House Review

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and very clean. I'd like some of the art myself. But there were some deficiencies. The Wifi password was not available - had to contact VRBO. (An email the day before the rental instead of the day of would make much more sense). And an easier password. Several light bulbs were burnt out and as 1 of the guests was legally blind this was an issue. There was no kitchen sink stopper. No coffee filters (you are welcome because I left the ones I purchased) and only instant coffee (left some real coffee too). There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom in a place for four people. The queen room closet door was locked (not an issue) but there were no hooks to hang clothes. Slats were broken in the blinds in the king bdrm. Check out rules were received after we had left for our 7 am flight. And since we paid a cleaning fee I was not expecting such a long list of clean up requests - they should be given at the time of the original rental so they could be accepted or not. Just one of those things wouldn't have been an issue, but when added together it was too many.
